Elite Rentals – Rental Policies

Booking & Cancellations

• Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours of pickup) may incur a fee equal to one day of rental.

Vehicle Condition

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.

• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and will result in a cleaning fee.

• Excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains may result in additional cleaning charges.

Fuel & Mileage

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

• Mileage limits are stated in your rental agreement. Additional miles may incur extra charges.

Damages & Accidents

• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter.

• Accidents must be reported to us immediately and documented with photos.

Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
