Elite Rentals — Terms of Service (Vehicle Rental)

Effective date: These Terms apply from the moment your booking is confirmed and govern the entire rental period for that reservation.

“Elite Rentals”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Westway Point Inc. “You” or “Renter” means the person completing the booking and any approved additional driver.


1) Eligibility & Verification

  • Minimum age to rent is 18 years old.

  • Drivers 18–24 may be subject to additional verification and a $150 young-driver surcharge.

  • Valid driver’s license, government ID, and matching payment card required.

  • A security deposit/authorization hold may be placed prior to pickup. We may decline, cancel, or refund any booking at our discretion if verification fails.


2) Booking, Payment & Deposits

  • A reservation is confirmed only after payment is authorized/collected.

  • Rates may include daily rental price plus applicable taxes/fees (airport, delivery, cleaning, tolls, etc.).

  • Refundable deposits, when applicable, are released according to your bank’s processing time.

  • Unpaid balances/chargebacks may be pursued via collections.


3) Cancellations & Modifications

  • Free cancellation or change up to 72 hours before pickup.

  • Cancellations less than 72 hours before pickup or no-show will incur a fee equal to one (1) rental day plus applicable fees.

  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank times may vary).


4) Pickup, Return, and Late Fees

  • Pickup and return instructions will be provided via message (terminal, level, row, or lot address). Always rely on our direct instructions, not in-app maps.

  • Late returns:

    • Up to 30 minutes latecharge of one (1) extra rental day.

    • More than 30 minutes latecharge of two (2) extra rental days.
      Reason: we operate a busy schedule and must prepare vehicles for the next guest.

  • All vehicles must be returned with keys and any parking ticket left inside the car. Lost ticket fee up to $75 may apply.


5) Vehicle Condition, Cleaning & Smoking

  • Vehicle condition is documented before hand-off. Report any discrepancy before driving.

  • No smoking/vaping (zero tolerance). Violation: $400 cleaning/odor removal fee.

  • Excessive dirt, sand, pet hair, spills, or odors will incur a $150 cleaning/detail fee.


6) Fuel, Mileage & Tolls

  • Return with the same fuel level (Pacifica: Regular Unleaded only). Otherwise, refuel charges plus service fee apply.

  • Mileage limits (if any) are stated in your booking. Extra miles may incur $[X]/mile.

  • Tolls: Guests may opt for prepaid toll coverage at $20/day. Without prepaid coverage, toll charges will be invoiced after the trip.

  • Tickets & Fines: Any citation, ticket, or violation received during your trip will be charged at the amount of the fine plus $150 admin fee.


7) Geographic & Use Restrictions

  • Florida-only travel unless prior written approval is obtained. Unauthorized out-of-state travel will result in a $500 violation fee plus related costs.

  • Personal use only. Vehicles may not be used for rideshare (Uber/Lyft), delivery, racing, off-road, towing, or illegal activity.

  • Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle.


8) Accidents, Damage & Insurance

  • Renter is responsible for all loss or damage (including loss of use, diminished value, fees) unless otherwise required by law or covered by purchased protection.

  • In the event of an accident: ensure safety, call 911 if needed, do not admit fault, take photos, gather details, and notify us immediately.

  • Proof of active auto insurance may be required.


9) Mechanical Issues & Roadside

  • Stop driving and contact us immediately if any warning light or abnormal noise appears.

  • Unauthorized repairs, continued operation while damaged, or neglect may void coverage and increase renter’s responsibility.


10) Telematics & Privacy

  • Vehicles may include GPS/telematics (location, mileage, speed, diagnostics) for safety, recovery, maintenance, and policy enforcement.

  • By renting, you consent to this collection and use.


11) Airport Parking (MCO) & Lot Option

  • At Orlando International Airport (MCO), parking fees are typically up to $24/day.

  • If higher due to early parking or delays, guest must pay the fee, send the receipt, and we’ll refund eligible differences.

  • If airport terminals are full/closed, cars may be returned to our private lot:
    6070 Laurel Valley Dr, Orlando, FL 32822.


12) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Vehicles and services are provided “as is.”

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westway Point Inc (Elite Rentals) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected rental.


13) Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Westway Point Inc and its personnel from claims or losses arising out of your rental, violations of these Terms, or applicable law.


14) Governing Law & Venue

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

  • Venue lies in the state or federal courts of Orange County, Florida.


15) Changes to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will govern your rental.
